Residents of Laguna Hills,
It has been my honor to serve you as your councilwoman for the past term. I have made it a priority to ensure your voice is heard. I promoted fiscal responsibility and focused on improving the quality of life. I end this term with many accomplishments that I am proud of despite the disruption of Covid-19 and the closure of the City's economic driver, the Laguna Hills Mall.
Today from the contributions I initiated, residents can benefit from:

- Rooted
- The Holiday Light Extravaganza Competition
- A Light Show at the Community Center during the Holiday Season
- Events at the Community Center during the Holiday Season
- The permanent icon of the City of Laguna Hills, the L H sign
- Automated License Plate Readers
- I led the effort to hire the best qualified New City Manager
- An improved Development Agreement with the Village at Laguna Hills
- Established the City's Economic Development Committee
- Established the City's Citywide Beautification, Events, and Communication Committee
- A Structured agreement with the Laguna Hills Chamber of Commerce
- Authored the Campaign Finance Law
It is hard to believe this term is almost over. I am far from being finished! I have supported the current turnaround in the City and still have much more to do. I aim to make Laguna Hills the safest City in Orange County, and a destination City known for its beauty and economic strength. I hope I can count on your vote during this election so I may still serve you and ensure your voices are heard.
